Warranty, Returns and Exchanges

The framework for handling warranty issues and concerns is:

  1. Incomplete products, missing parts or damaged parts

    This rarely happens, but if you received your item incomplete or missing accessories as specified  in the product page we will ship it to you at no cost. Just let us know via the contact form

  2. 3 days product return

    We inspect by ourselves every single order to make sure they are complete and in working condition. If a product arrived damaged, unusable or you simply don’t want it anymore you can return it to us and upon receipt we will issue a partial refund.

  3. 1 Year product repair

    Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is one year counted from the date of purchase.

    Within one year of the purchase date, buyers can return items for free repairs. Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending the item back, while we pay for the shipping fees for sending the repaired item back to the buyer.

  4. Lifetime support, parts and spares

    We are committed to make a pleasant experience buying as well as using your items and therefore make a promise to work together with factories ll over the world to provide  product lifetime support, parts, spares and consumables such as ink, batteries, cables, parts and the like to assure that your product will continue to be usable in time.     The warranty of a product is void if the user modifies the software, disassemble, manipulates improperly, operates out of ranges, spills or immerses in water (for products non waterproof), follows to set up properly according to instructions, continues use after a perceived fault resulting in further damage to the item
